1) I will pass a law reaffirming and enforcing the Second Amendment – There is no greater deterrent to both crime and tyranny than an armed citizen. According to Thomas Jefferson, the Constitution was made as such that “No free man shall be debarred the use of arms” The Supreme Court also made this quite clear in US vs. Miller. James Madison also noted, upon introducing the Bill of Rights in the US House of Representatives, that the first ten amendments of our Constitution “relate first to private rights”

The time has come to pass federal registration repealing all gun control. This legislation will make available to the public free training in the safe usage, storage and maintenance of all firearms. This will take federal money currently used in disbarring private citizens of the Second Amendment to empowering law abiding citizens as defenders of their right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Further, this legislation will toughen penalties for theft and criminal acts committed with a stolen firearm. States and municipalities will be prohibited from disbarring any free citizen from purchasing a firearm. All the territories and states of our fine republic will allow free citizens to carry their firearms openly. Simple possession of a firearm shall not be construed as evidence of any illegal activity or probable cause for search and seizure in and of itself.

2) The World Trade Organization, International Monetary Fund, and Bank of International Settlements will lose their power to manipulate our monetary policy and trade under legislation I will pass. This right of our sovereign nation will revert back to the Congress. This legislation will make it an impeachable offense for any president or other official engaging in relations with foreign powers to negotiate on behalf of the United States without consulting and receiving authorization to do so from the Congress.

Our current system of trade and monetary policy is neither fair nor free. It alienates both the consumers and workforces here and abroad, the rewards of which are only accrued to extraordinary wealth and influence. We cannot fix what was fundamentally flawed from the very onset. We must revert to having a trade policy equally fair to all our trading partners and industries. This trade and monetary policy will not be one that banks, industries or foreign entities write. We’ve clearly seen the alleged benefits of “free trade” and inflation through capital flight and the shrinking of the middle class. The poorest are tired of paying the most for this elitist policy, and I intend to dispatch these rent seeking middle men. While they are free to do what they will with their own time and money, it’s fine as long as it doesn’t compromise the rights of others, or transfer the costs to our free society and its government. The truth is that republicans and democrats will, as a whole, continue to lie about how we’re really doing in order to keep this up. I will not.

3) I will pass legislation barring the FCC permanently from regulating the internet. They have attempted to hand this public property over to large media conglomerates. Since the Department of Defense made it, it belongs to the people.

4) I will repeal the Real ID Act of 2008. As the 9/11 Report indicated, fake IDs were not an issue in the attacks. This law only serves to create tyranny, inane bureaucracy and a police state. As of today, we’re all stocked up on crazy. It’s time to tell the fascists and communists who passed this law to go sell crazy elsewhere.

5) The Department of Homeland Security will be disbanded. Like the Real ID Act of 2008, it only serves to create more tyranny, inane bureaucracy and a police state. This agency has not limited itself to pursuing terrorists. In fact, it has routinely engaged in monitoring potheads, peace activists and free citizens seeking to petition the government for a redress of grievance. In fact and substance, this agency is realizing its potential to become the greatest terrorist threat we’ve ever faced. It does a fine job of harassing us, collecting secret records of what we do, forcing us to take off our shoes, inspecting the oxygen tanks of those on death’s door and taking away our bottles of water or baby formula. Meanwhile, it is still possible to get box cutters, knitting needles and low yield explosives on aircraft.

Fear peddling aside, let’s be realistic on terrorism. You’re statistically more likely to be the victim of police brutality, shooting, stabbing, cancer, car accidents, adverse reactions to prescription drugs, falls, domestic violence, malnutrition, fever, malaria or a falling vending machine. Government has been caught on numerous occasions throughout modern world and US history using terror as a justification for large and over bearing government. This is exactly why Bin Laden was allowed to escape.

6) I will pass legislation that bars the US Department of Education from telling states and municipalities how to run their schools. This department brought us from number 1 in math and science to somewhere around number 40. I think that after 50 years of doing this, we would have seen some positive results. You will not get true positive results by lowering the standards and wasting money.

This department will be eliminated in time, as it serves no Constitutional or productive purpose. We can hardly call getting students into college by giving them access to debt a favor. In fact, this incestuous relationship with banking and higher education is the problem.

7) I will pass legislation that bars Congress or anyone else working in the federal government from getting any pay or benefits increased as long as we have inflation above 0% and a budget that is not balanced.

8) I will pass legislation that gets rid of farm subsidies. While small farms benefit in a small amount, it’s only the larger commercial farm interests that see any significant benefit. This is why they create excess production in such a purposeful manner. Not only does the government buy this excess, but it raises the prices of food and creates inefficiency. FDR and company came up with this bright idea in the Great Depression, when average families were eating those ketchup and lettuce sandwiches. Then, as it is now, the poorest are paying for it. In a free America, businesses stand or fall on their own merit, and few industries enjoy this fringe benefit. It’s no better than a Soviet Five Year Plan, and as such, it needs to go. If the government wishes to provide a “safety net” for farmers, then what about IT workers, car mechanics, accountants, sales clerks and every other working profession?

No one should be paid to run a bad or inefficient business. Only you own your life and your business. Why should you be forced to pay for that of others, and conversely, why should others be forced to pay for yours?

9) I will pass comprehensive legislation that ends both the IRS and the Federal Reserve System. Our money is the lifeblood of the economy. These institutions have made that economy anemic and America a bad place to do business. The poorest are paying the inflation tax that supports irresponsible spending outside constitutional authority. The poorest are also losing a quarter to a third of their pay when they need it for food, shelter, education and healthcare. The Federal Reserve is also hitting seniors pretty hard, and the IRS is working in tandem to make Social Security benefits worthless. In fact, we would not need Social Security and Medicare if it were not for these institutions. They’ve made our entire economy a house of credit cards, at the mercy of foreign lenders and oil prices, ready to topple once debt reaches a critical mass. As the average consumer and worker has noticed, real GDP seems to be taking a dive as well as official numbers disagree with common experience.

10) Concerning Social Security, refer to my proposal on the subject. If the other cookie cutter candidates can propose a viable solution to the issue, that is aside from stating that is a problem that needs to be solved, let them do so. If they can provide a different explanation aside from the garbage and truisms you’ve all been offered for more than two decades, then let them state what that difference is. My position is that is that the federal government has no right putting a gun to your head and telling you how to provide for your retirement in your old age. My proposal is to give you back your own resources to use as you will, which is your own right. Your rights are now a government slush fund. I intend to defend your rights and liberties until the bitter end.

Any broker on Wall Street selling a retirement fund identical to Social Security would be arrested. After reviewing my proposal, ask yourself what any other candidate, administration or special interest has offered you aside from that. Ask yourself if they’ve really said anything. They’ve had decades. We were weeks away, in 1983, from not sending out the checks. They have let good enough be for too long. We cannot let this and Medicare turn our nation into a $60 trillion fiscal train wreck.

11) I will pass legislation barring any federal agency from acquiring your financial information or assets without a warrant, court order, your notification and due process.

12) I will pass legislation making any “no-fly list” illegal without due process, trial, or official indictment.

13) Crossing the US border illegally will be a felony as it is in Mexico. The US army will be deployed along both our borders, and will be authorized to return fire when attacked.

I will additionally pass legislation that denies illegal immigrants, upon discovery of their status, use of our schools, roads, public facilities and any taxpayer supported services. Illegal immigrants will also be denied the free use of healthcare. It is not anyone’s right to come here illegally. It is not the right of an illegal alien to have you pay for it, or pay more in taxes, healthcare and services because of it. It is not the right of large service businesses to use illegal immigrants to depress labor prices.

Illegal immigrants will also be denied the ability to become citizens, ever, no matter what. Big business and politicians will tell you that there aren’t enough workers, so we need amnesty. The truth is that they lied about unemployment, which is far greater than 5%. It’s more like 10% – 15%. You actually have to count all of the unemployed to get the real number of the unemployed. One would suspect this to be obvious.

The cause behind our border situation lies in the unconstitutional moral hazards created by government. Instead of writing an actual free trade agreement, Clinton, Bush, the Congress and others have infringed upon the right of people to buy, sell and trade as they see fit. That’s why we have immigration problems.

14) All suspected terrorists will be tried by a jury of their peers and within the jurisdiction they allegedly committed a terrorist act. Upon conviction by a jury, and with the ability to assert a legal defense per the inherent rights of every US citizen.

15) I will pass legislation striking every law that recognizes or funds any political party in anyway within the United States from the books.

16) I will pass legislation that makes it a felony for any agent of the United States government to spy on American citizens, to search their papers and effects without a warrant or detain them without due process with the intention of never going through a regular court or the FISA court.

17) I will pass legislation making it illegal to set up a military base in any country outside the United States we are not at war at, with, in, or allied to in the conduct of a war declared by Congress. A state of war for the purposes of this law will be war declared by Congress, and only Congress, upon on a state.

18) I will pass legislation making it illegal for the CIA to topple any sovereign government, this act being punishable by hanging. The CIA will never be allowed to conduct any operation within the United States, for any reason.

19) It will be illegal for the US government or any state government to order the prescription of psychotropic drugs to any child under the age of 16 against their will. They are not lab rats. We have run this cruel experiment on their normal development for far too long, mistaking natural occurrences and the abnormally increasing stresses of society upon them as mental illness.

20) The federal government will universally protect the constitutional rights of every child. It will also protect parents from losing their children to the state when it fails to produce a warrant.

21) I will pass legislation making federal plea bargains illegal.

22) I will end the war on drugs, trusting the people to use their own judgment, and their own common sense on their own bodies and minds. I trust the power of families, not schools or organizations, to teach their children the truth about what drugs are, and what they can and cannot do. The drug war has only enabled the proliferation of drugs, the destruction of families, and the violation of constitutional rights. Further, it has enabled law enforcement to erroneously construe possession of firearms and money as evidence of drug possession. This and a host of government intrigues into the drug market, such as Iran Contra, show us that it is time for the drug war to end, and it is time for people to make up their own mind.

If drugs cause someone to do something, let us penalize the infraction of law, not the drug. Let us spare ourselves the paperwork, privacy invasion and activities our federal government is barred from engaging in pursuant to the Tenth Amendment.

This is a health and social problem. If government can be allowed to make this a crime, what’s to stop it from criminalizing the possession of salt by those with high blood pressure or Twinkies by fat people. Normally, this is insane. With government, nothing seems to be insane, except individual rights and the Constitution.

23) I will end subsidies of all kinds. Subsidies have only served to retard invention and efficiency. In the cases of food and energy, subsidies have only made both more expensive and of a poorer quality. We pay for subsidies through higher prices, taxes and inflation.

24) The CIA will be barred from operating within American borders, save for its headquarters.

25) The FCC will be barred from regulating the content of any media of any type.

26) I will pass a law preventing credit card companies from lending money they actually do not have. Currently, major lenders materialize money out of nothing based on your agreement to pay it, an act enabled by the Federal Reserve System. This will be construed as fraud, such loans being forgiven after passage of this law.

27) I will make it a crime for moneyed interests to conspire to use government in order to subjugate industries and markets to their control through lobbying efforts.

28) I will sponsor and pass legislation forcing proposed legislation to be read before the entire house before passage. This bill will force laws to be intelligible to the common citizen, so he or she can read it and know what is expected. This bill will also set up a Constitutional review committee, which will designate which part of the Constitution the law is authorized under, and how it will be used. Any bill unable to make it through this committee will fail to pass.

29) I will pass a bill requiring that all voting systems in the United States provide some form of paper verification in order to prevent hacking or other types of vote fraud. There will also be a secondary means of verification recording any changes with a voting system, including information on who made those changes and who counted the votes.

30) I will make it a felony for police or government officers to conduct searches, seizures or arrests without a warrant with a mandatory five year sentence.

31) I will reconvene the initiatives of the Reese Commission.

32) I will make eminent domain land seizures for private use a crime, and authorize land owners to forcibly resist.

33) I will pass a law banning the SPP, North American Union or Superhighway, or any sovereignty eroding monster like it.

34) I will pass legislation removing us from the UN. Among other things, this body conspires against our sovereignty through outrageous proposals like the Law of the Sea Treaty, where the seas become property of the UN.

35) I will sponsor an amendment to the Constitution to repeal the 17th Amendment. While many view it as good that the senate is directly elected by the people, this was the last check a state effectively had against federal infringement of its rights. Instead of having to wait until an election to remove a senator, states could recall their representation and effectively fire them on the spot. In many cases, they did, mostly for the reasons we see today.

The 17th Amendment is popular among those with the happy feel good belief that electing senators directly is good. Unfortunately, it enables corporate and banking interests to purchase their voting services. In 1914, a year after the income tax and the Federal Reserve were passed, those with the ability to print currency out of thin air did just that.
